Salmon Vegetable Snacks
- 1 can (7-1/2 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. minced green onion
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Cherry tomatoes, celery sticks and cucumber slices
Combine salmon, cottage cheese, chopped celery, green onion, dill and salt. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out inside. Spoon salmon mixture into cherry tomatoes and celery sticks and onto cucumber slices.
Makes approximately 3-1/2 dozen appetizers.
