Salsa

1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can (drained) chopped green chilies
20 drops Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 large onion

By hand or in food processor, chop onion, tomatoes and place in bowl. Add chopped green chilies. Add Louisiana Hot Sauce, chili powder and Cajun seasoning to taste. Store in jars in refrigerator.
