Crab Mold
- 1 can tomato soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup bell pepper, minced
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cans crabmeat
- Tabasco to taste
Heat soup until boiling (Do not add water.) Dissolve cream cheese in soup. Soften gelatin in water. Add to soup mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold. Let set overnight. Serve with crackers.
Serves 50 at a reception.
