Blue Cheese Spread
- Two 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted
Combine cream cheese, blue cheese and basil, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Stir in walnuts. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers and bread slices.
