Cauliflower Butte
- One 10 oz pkg (frozen) cauliflower in cheese sauce
- 1 oz butter
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup white wine
- One 8 oz pkg. cheddar cheese
- Season to taste
Cook cauliflower in cheese sauce in package only long enough to thaw. Open package and cut cauliflower in small pieces. Place in pot, add milk, butter and gradually add wine, then cheese. Serve hot.
