Mix all ingredients together except nut meats, with enough salad dressing to make workable (doughy) mixture. Form into small balls and roll in chopped nuts. Chill. Stick a pick in each ball.
Using the same mixture as above, shape into long log, roll in chopped nut meats. Chill and serve sliced on a tray with assorted crackers.
