Cream Sauce
- 1/4 lb margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Gradually add milk to flour, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. Cook in double boiler until thick. Remove from fire and add margarine.
