Cornbread III
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- Jalapeno cheese, optional
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1/2 lb butter
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix corn bread. Add eggs, onions, peppers and corn. Mix well. Pour into a 13 x 11 inch baking dish. Melt butter and pour over mix. Serve hot.
