Melt margarine and cheese together. Mix cornbread mix and eggs in a bowl. Add broccoli and mix well. Add melted butter and cheese to mixture. Mix well. Bake in well greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cut in squares, serve hot.
