Quiche Crabmeat
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbs Flour
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1-2/3 cup (7-1/2 oz Drained & Flaked Crab Meat)
- One 8 oz pkg Sliced & Diced Swiss Cheese
- 1/3 cup Sliced Green Onions
*** Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk; mix until blended. Stir in crabmeat, cheese, and green onions. Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan. Bake at 350F, 40 to 45 minutes.
