Corn Casserole IV
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 1-1/3 cups Minute Rice
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 small jalapeno
- 1-1/2 blocks Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Tony Chachere's seasoning
- Paprika
Saute vegetables in butter. Add corn, 1-1/3 cups rice, pimentos then mix. Pour in 13x9 inch casserole dish. Cover with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
