Corn Casserole V
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine
- 1 package cornbread mix
- 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour batter into a greased pan and bake in 350F oven for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven just until cheese melts.
