Crabmeat Casserole 1

1/2 cup oil
2 lg. onions
1 button garlic
1 lb. crabmeat
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Wilt onions in oil; add garlic, then crabmeat, parsley, soup, seasoning, crumbs and beaten egg. Put in buttered casserole, dot with butter and bake 25 minutes at 365F.
