Ham Quiche II

1 deep dish frozen pie shell

1/2 pint whipping cream

2 egg yolks

1 egg

1 pinch nutmeg

Pepper and salt

1 cup ham strips

1 cup Swiss cheese

1 cup mild Cheddar cheese

1 small jar sliced mushrooms

Preheat oven to 375F. Thaw frozen pie shell 10 minutes. Bake 5 minutes. Combine above ingredients in order given. In large bowl beat well, then pour into prepared pie shell. Bake 40-45 minutes.
