Italian Crawfish Broccoli Casserole

One 16 ounce bag frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chapped onion
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
3 tablespoons margarine
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 can water, plus 1 cup water
One 8 ounce jar jalapeno cheese whiz
1 cup chopped black olives
1 pound cooked crawfish tails
2 cups cooked rice

Steam broccoli in microwave with 1 cup water for 5 minutes. Cook onion, garlic, and bell pepper in margarine for five minutes. Add cream of shrimp soup, 1/2 can water and Cheese Whiz, cook until heated through and blended. Add olives, crawfish, rice and broccoli. Stir until mixed. Place in three quart casserole dish. Cook in microwave for 20 minutes. A conventional oven may be used at 350F. for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
