Broccoli Chicken Casserole

1 cooked chicken
Two 10 oz pkg chopped broccoli, frozen (cook as directed)
1-1/2 cups raw rice (cook this amount)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 med onion, chopped
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 med bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 small can mushrooms
1/4 lb margarine

Cook chicken, rice, and broccoli. Saute all vegetables in margarine. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Bake in 3 quart casserole dish at 350F about 30 minutes.
