Hot Egg and Sausage Casserole

1 lb mild roll sausage
6 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
3 slices white bread, cubed
8 oz mild Cheddar cheese, cubed

Brown sausage and drain. Mix everything together. Bake 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Can be prepared night before and cooked next morning. Can also freeze leftovers.
