Spaghetti Casserole

1 jar of prepared spaghetti sauce with onions and garlic
1-1/2 lb of spaghetti noodles
One 8 oz pkg Cheddar cheese
One 8 oz pkg Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg of lean ground beef

Brown meat and season to your taste. Drain cooked meat and mix with sauce. Cook on the stove for about an hour. You may use a slow cooker and cook for several hours. Boil noodles and mix with cooked meat and sauce. Layer meat, noodles and sauce mixture with cheeses in a casserole dish. Finish with a layer of cheeses on top. Bake about 15 minutes at 350F until cheese melts.

Freezes very well. When freezing this dish, don't bake until ready to use.
