Crawfish Quiche 1

1 lb crawfish tails
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup melted butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup half and half
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Seasoning to taste

Saute mushrooms and green onions in butter until tender. Set aside. In large bowl combine eggs, half and half, cheese and seasoning. Fold in crawfish, mushrooms and onions. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
