Apple Cake IX

1 cup Chopped Nuts

4 cups Chopped Apples

1-1/4 cups Vegetable Oil

2 cups Sugar

2 Whole Beaten Eggs

2 tsp Vanilla

3 cups All Purpose Flour

1-1/2 tsp Soda

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

*** Combine first 6 ingredients. Sift dry ingredients and add to other. Flour and grease tube or bundt pan. Bake 350F for 1-1/2 hours.
