Cheese Cake 7

15 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 lb Cream Cheese
1-1/2 cups Sugar
4 Egg
1-1/2 tbs Lemon Juice
2 tsp Vanilla
3 tbs Cornstarch
3 tbs Flour
1/4 lb Melted Butter
1 cup Sour Cream

*** With electric beater, beat ricotta cheese with cream cheese. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour. Pour in melted butter and sour cream. Beat well. Pour into greased spring pan. Bake in 350F oven for 1 hour or till firm. Turn off oven and let cake remain in oven for two more hours. Let oven door open during this process.
