Peach Pecan Pie

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 cup sugar, add slowly beating each portion until dissolved
12 soda crackers, rolled fine
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Butter a nine inch pie plate; fill with mixture. Bake at 320F for 30 minutes. Cool and then add the following:
Whipped Cream
Canned peaches, sliced

Sweeten peaches to taste. Fold peaches and whipped cream together. Refrigerate.

NOTE:
The pie crust will rise while baking.
