Seven-Up Cake 1

1 pkg. pineapple cake mix
3/4 cup Crisco oil
1 small box lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
One 10-oz. can 7-Up

Frosting:
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
1 cup sugar
One 8-oz. can crushed pineapple
2 whole eggs, beaten
1 small can Angel Flake coconut

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine cake mix, oil and pudding mix. Add 7-Up and beat 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick tests clean.

Makes 3 layers

Frosting:
Cook frosting ingredients except coconut until thick; add coconut.
