Strawberries and Cream

2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar (or more)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. This can be prepared two days ahead. Refrigerate.

Serve with scones and berries. Put strawberries in a pretty crystal bowl.

Serve with Devonshire cream.

Yield: 2 cups
