Peach Magnifique

Crust:
4 tablespoons melted margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
Filling:
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
Three 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
Two 16-oz. cans sliced peaches
2 cups sliced almonds
One 16 ounce tub Cool Whip
2 tablespoons gratings from
Hershey Bar

Utensils: small mixing bowl, 3 qt. sauce pan, 3 qt. oblong baking dish

Melt margarine in sauce pan on medium heat. Then remove from heat and add graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix well and press into baking dish. Combine in mixing bowl, sugar and vanilla. Stir in eggs and mix in softened cream cheese; then stir in peaches. Pour this mixture in baking dish and bake at 375F for approximately 50 minutes. After it has cooled, spread Cool Whip over filling and garnish this with sliced almonds and grated Hershey's chocolate.

Serves 10-12 as a festive dessert.
