Peanut Butter Pie with Chocolate Crust

Filling:
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Mini chocolate chips, for garnish
Crust:
1-1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (about 20 cookies)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine crust ingredients; press into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes. Cool. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.

Gently spoon into crust. Garnish with chocolate mini chips or chocolate cookie crumbs. Refrigerate.
