Turtle Cheesecake 1

2 tablespoons butter
1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
4 cups caramel cream
3 cups pecan pieces
4 cups chocolate cone coating
Bavarian Cream
1 cup pecan-flavored chocolate syrup
Filling:
Four 8-ounce packages cream cheese
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix butter, crumbs, and pecans to form crust in a 9-inch spring-form pan. Mix all ingredients together for filling. Pour onto crust and bake at 350F for 60 minutes. Cool and then refrigerate overnight. Cut cake into 10 portions. Spread caramel on top and sides of cake, and roll in pecans. Place in freezer for 1 hour. Dip each portion in warm cone coating, and place on wire rack for chocolate to set. Place Bavarian Cream on large plate, and swirl in syrup for marbled affect. Place cheese, cake pieces around cream.
