Raisin Bread

6-1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
2-1/2 tablespoons baking powder
2-1/2 cups sugar
3 cups raisins
3 eggs
2-3/4 cups milk
6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Preheat oven to 325F. Mix dry ingredients. Add raisins, beat egg add milk and butter. Combine both mixtures and divide contents between 3 loaf tins. Bake 2 hours. May be sliced as sandwich brand.
