Bake cake according to package directions, but use only 1/2 half the baked cake. Prick top of cake with fork. Pour liqueur over cake and allow to soak 1 hour or more. Make chocolate pudding according to package directions and allow to cool to room temperature before assembly. Mix crushed candy bars, with whipped topping. Assemble by putting 1/2 of crumbled cake in bottom of trifle bowl or glass bowl. Layer 1/2 of pudding, then 1/2 of whipped topping. Repeat layers. Garnish as desired. Chill before serving.
