Summer Pudding with Creme

1-1/2 cups raspberries
1-1/2 cups blackberries
1-1/2 cups blueberries
1-1/2 cups strawberries
About 1 cup sugar
About 7 slices of white bread
1 cup of light cream

Cook fruit in sauce until all the juices have come out. When boiling, add sugar until sweet. Take off heat. Cut off bread crusts and place slices of bread surrounding the inside of the bowl. Pour fruit into the bowl and cover with slices of bread, leaving no gaps. Lay a plate on top of the bowl and put a weight of 2-4 pounds on top. Leave overnight to let juices completely soak through. Place in refrigerator. The next day, take another plate and turn the pudding onto it.

Serves 6.
