Apple and Pecan Cake

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1-1/2 cups oil

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups pecans, chopped

3 cups apples, diced

Bakers' Joy spray

Prepare bundt pan with Bakers' Joy. Mix sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Batter will he very thick. Add chopped pecans and apples. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
