Preheat oven to 350F. Combine oats, flour, sugar, and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup, oat mixture for topping; set aside. Press remaining oat mixture onto bottom of ungreased 8 inch or 9 inch baking pan. Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. In medium bowl, combine blueberries, preserves, flour. Mix. gently. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserved oat mixture. Bake 20-22 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into squares and serve.
