Dip 'n Nut Cookies

4 eggs
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
One 18-ounce jar chunky peanut butter
2 teaspoons baking soda
One 18-ounce box quick cooking oatmeal
2 teaspoons vanilla
One 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, blend together with electric mixer eggs, sugars, margarine, peanut butter and soda. Add oatmeal a little at a time by hand until all has been absorbed into batter. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips. Freeze overnight. Form balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes.
