Apple Cake VI

3 cups flour

1-1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1-1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

2 eggs, beaten

1-1/2 cups cooking oil

2 tsp vanilla

3 cups finely chopped apples

Sift dry ingredients together. Add beaten eggs to other liquids and add to dry ingredients. Add apples mix well. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350F for 45 minutes.

Pecans may be added if desired.
