Corn Pudding 1

- One 1 lb can cream style corn
- One 1 lb can whole kernel corn
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350F about 30 minutes.
