Fig Cake 3

1 pint cooked Louisiana figs

1 tsp vanilla

I egg

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbs sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 tsp soda

1 cup plus 3 tbs flour

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

Mix everything together. Pour into 13x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 30 to 45 minutes.

Cool and cut in squares. Ice cream can be served on top.
