New York Cheesecake

Crust:

1 cup graham crackers

1/4 cup malted butter

1/4 cup sugar

Filling:

2 eggs

1-1/2 cups sour cream

2 tsp vanilla

1 block cream cheese

2 tbs butter

Blend or process eggs, sour cream and vanilla, add cream cheese a chunk at a time. Blend thoroughly. Pour into uncooked pie Crust into spring form pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes. Broil top by baking at 500F for few seconds.
