Pecan Tarts

Crust:
1/4 cup butter
3 oz cream cheese
1-1/4 cup flour

Mix together and chill for 30 minutes. Pinch off a piece of dough the size of a quarter and roll into a smooth ball. (The size depends on the size of your pan). Put in tart cup.

Should make 36-46 miniatures.

Filling:
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Chopped pecans

Combine ingredients except pecans. Whip until smooth. Place 1 tsp of filling in tart cup. Bake 15 minutes at 300F or until brown.
