Strawberry Pecan Cake

1 box white cake mix
One 3 oz box strawberry gelatin
1 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup frozen thawed) or fresh strawberries
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil, milk and eggs one at a time. Add strawberries, pecans and coconut. Mix well. Bake in 3 layers in 350F oven until done. Stick toothpick in the middle. When it comes out clean, it is done.

Filling:
1/4 lb margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup drained strawberries
1/2 cup coconut

Cream sugar and butter. Add other ingredients, mix well and spread on cake.
