Combine cake mix, fruit cocktail with juice, 1 cup coconut, eggs. Blend and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 13x19 inch pan. Spread brown sugar over mixture in pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
Topping:
Bring butter, sugar, and milk to a boil for 2 minutes. Add remainder of coconut. Pour over hot cake in pan.
