Vegetable Soup 3

8 cups chicken stock
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon oregano
6 small ears of corn
1 one pound package frozen soup vegetables
1 small purple cabbage
1 small green cabbage
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 pound honey-baked ham, cut into bite-sized pieces

Heat chicken stock. Add all ingredients except ham. Bring, to a boil. Then simmer and cover on low to medium heat for 2-1/2 hours. Add ham 30 minutes before serving.

Serves 6.
