Broccoli Soup III
- Two 10 ounce packages broccoli, chopped
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 1 package frozen mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 3 soup cans of milk
- 1 stick butter (1/4 lb)
Saute chopped onions in butter. Add soups and cheese. When cheese is melted, add milk and cooked broccoli. Heat thoroughly.
Serves 6-8.
