Easy Chili Soup

3-4 chicken breasts, diced
Two 16-ounce cans great Northern beans
10 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
One 1O-ounce jar picante sauce
1 medium onion, diced
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup chicken broth

In large saucepan, sauteed onions in oil until tender. Add chicken. Saute until cooked. Add flour.

Stir constantly, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, beans and picante sauce. Cook for approximately 10 minutes on medium high temperature. Add grated cheese.

Simmer about 30 minutes on low heat. Serve hot.
