Broccoli Soup II
- One 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
- Two 10-1/2 cans chicken broth
- 1/4 lb butter
- One 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 tbs seasonings
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 8 tbs flour
- (Crabmeat, bacon, or mushrooms optional)
Melt butter, chop broccoli and onions. Saute onions, butter, broccoli and seasonings then add flour, chicken broth, and milk. Cook for 30 minutes. Crab meat, mushrooms or bacon (cooked and drained) may be added while cooking.
