Corn Soup II
- 6 onions
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 pints Half and Half
- 3 lb bacon
- 4 cans whole white corn
- 4 cans cream whole corn
- Sausage/precooked
Fry bacon in 1 inch strips, add onions, bell peppers, celery 1 cup of bacon grease and bacon. Cook down. Add sausage and heat up. Add corn. Heat up, season. Add Half and Half, corn starch to thicken if needed.
