Crawfish Soup I
- 4 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cams cream of corn soup
- 3 cans of milk
- 2 lb crawfish tails
- 1 tbs Creole seasoning
- 1 med onion
- 1 med green bell pepper
- 1/4 lb margarine
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pkg angel hair pasta, cooked as directed, drain and set aside
Saute green pepper, onion in margarine. Add remaining ingredients into pot and simmer on medium heat until hot. Place individual servings of pasta into bowl and spoon soup over pasta.
Tip:
Sauce can be cooked longer to thicken and then served over pasta as you would serve spaghetti.
