Cream of Broccoli Soup I

1 cup water
1 cup half and half cream
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 cups milk
2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Cook broccoli and bouillon cubes in one cup water (do not drain). Put milk, cheese cubes and flour in blender. Process it on "grind" until mixed. Add to broccoli. Add half and half. Cook, stirring frequently over medium heat until hot and mixture thickens.
