Dry Soup

1 lb ground beef
1 can black beans
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomatoes
1 med sweet onion
2 or 3 celery stalks
1 bunch cilantro or flat leaf parsley
1 or 2 tbs soy sauce
1 or 2 tsp garlic vinegar
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Brown ground beef in skillet, adding salt, pepper and garlic powder, stirring to crumble meat. When brown, drain fat. Open and drain canned beans and corn. Chop onion, cilantro and celery. Toss all ingredients with soy sauce and garlic vinegar (Adjust amounts to taste). Serve with Mexican cornbread.
