Seafood Gumbo 2

2 onions
2 bell peppers
1/2 cup parsley
1/4 cup green onions
2 lb crabmeat
3 lb shrimp
2 tbs Season-All seasoning
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbs Cajun gumbo mix (stir in 1/2 cup hot water)
10 cups hot water

Roux:
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups flour

Heat the cooking oil. Stir in the flour. Stir until dark brown. After roux is completed add water, seasoning, onions and bell peppers, gumbo mix and bouillon cubes. Cook an a low fire for about 20 minutes. Add crab meat and shrimp, for another 20 minutes cook on a low fire.
