Broccoli and Rice II
- 4 small boxes broccoli
- 28 oz cheese spread
- 1/4 lb margarine
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3 cans mushroom soup
Cook rice, boil broccoli, drain. Add milk, cheese spread, mushroom soup. Mix together, add rice, then broccoli. Turn into 3 quart casserole. Bake until warm at 350F.
